GUACAMOLE (AVOCADO DIP)



1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons lemon juice

few drops Tabasco sauce

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

salt to season

sprig of fresh herbs to garnish (optional)


Remove flesh from avocado and mash. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and chilli powder. Season with salt to taste. Cover. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs. Serve with Bluebird Party Corn Chips.



Makes about I cup.
