Chips with warm cheese Dip

1 tablespoon canola oil

salt and freshly ground black

1 small onion, finely chopped

pepper to season

1 teaspoon ground cumin

coriander leaves to garnish

1/2 cup sour cream

Party Corn Chips

2 cups grated tasty

cheese flavor

cheddar cheese

Ready Salted Thick Cut

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

Potato Chips

Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook onion and cumin for 5 minutes until onion is soft. Add sour cream and cheese. Stir over a low heat until cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Stir in coriander. Season to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Place on a platter and surround with chips. Makes I cup.
