8 Ways to Stop Cravings 

  1. Drink a lot of water. Thirst is often confused Hungary tummy or food cravings. 

  2. Try to eat more protein. When you eating more protein it may reduce your appetite and keep you away from overeating.

  3. Craving stays only for 5-10 mins so try to distance or think something else or do some activities so it can keep you away from the Craving.

  4. Make a plan for your meals.

  5. Eat in every 3 hours and avoid getting extremely hungry. 

  6. Fight Stress & try to stay motivated . 

  7. Take spinach & broccoli extract.

  8. Get Sleep for at least 6-7 hours.
